If you have a bank account that has been closed or that you no longer wish to use for payment on your loan, please contact our servicing team at 650-683-1692 and request the account be deactivated.

If you have a payment scheduled from the account you would like to have removed, you must contact us at least three business days before the scheduled debit to ensure we can make the change before the payment is processed.
